The Home Inspection School of New Jersey will undertake the following measures for in-person instruction:
1.) INFECTION CONTROL
Faculty, staff or students who feel sick, or exhibit symptoms of Covid-19, will not be admitted into the facility. We encourage faculty, staff or students to contact our office for remote instruction options. Our goal is to keep faculty, staff and students safe while supporting continuing education.
2. PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Our team has incorporate social distancing in our classrooms and work stations. Student seating is arranged 6 feet apart as approved by the NJDOL.
3. CLOTH FACE COVERINGS
Face coverings will be provided onsite with each class. Face coverings will be required of faculty, staff, students and visitors.
4.CLEANING and DISINFECTION
Classrooms and common areas will be disinfected after each use. High touch areas likes doorhandles, light switches and desktops will be cleaned throughout each day.
5. HAND HYGIENE
The Home Inspection School of NJ will provide adequate equipment and supplies for staff and students to sanitize hands periodically. Students and staff will be provide adequate break time to wash and sanitize hands regularly.
6: EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Training will be provided to faculty, staff and students regarding Covid-19 such as sanitazation, hand hygiene and social distancing guidelines required for in-person training.
7. VENTILATION
Portable HEPA filter units will be provided in classrooms to increase ventilation.
8. COLLABORATION WITH HEALTH OFFICIALS
The Home Inspection School of New Jersey is working in collaboration with the NJ Department of Education, local and state officials to share latest details regarding guidelines and protocols.
