 Welcome to the Home Inspection School of New Jersey. 

Hello and welcome to The Home Inspection School of New Jersey.  My name is Joseph Coyle.  As a Certified Home Inspection Trainer and active home inspector,  I've completed over 2,500 home inspections over the past 10 years through my company, JMC Quality Home Inspections, LLC. With hundreds of positive reviews over the years,  I am just as committed to our students.  I work to inspire and encourage students to become apart of this tremendously growing field.  Home Inspection shows no sign of slowing down. Even at the height of Covid, home inspectors were still able to work within the parameters outlined by the state. 

I encourage all students who are interested in Home Inspection to become involved with New Jersey Associations such as NJ Nachi, ASHI or NJ - ALPHI.   As an active Board Member with NJ NACHI, we stay up-to-date on the latest state legislation regarding home inspection regulations and communicate them to our students.    

With over 20 years of experience in construction and electrical, working on both commercial and residential properties, transitioning into home inspection was my way to grow and to escape the day to day "grind".  Home inspection gave me an opportunity to apply my knowledge without the physical requirements of construction. It also gave me flexibility to control my schedule and freedom to grow in an expanding field.  I look forward to working with  you to achieve your goal of becoming a New Jersey Home Inspector.
