  Receive mentoring that meets the requirements of the NJ Home Inspection Advisory Committee.  Learn onsite at live home inspections from an experienced, licensed New Jersey Home Inspector. Our mentoring schedule is convenient and easy to use. Students can sign up at their convenience.  

• MULTIPLE MENTORS:
  Learn from a variety of mentors. Students can easily sign up through our mentoring calendar.
  
• WORKSHOPS INCLUDED
  In-class workshops are included.  Work as a group and individually.  Review samples, test inspector tools, review materials that will be inspected at a home inspection.

•  REPORT WRITING SOFTWARE FOR NINE (9) MONTHS Practice with one of the leading report writing software programs. Receive UNLIMITED ACCESS for nine (9) months through the school discount program.   

• PRACTICE EXAMS INCLUDED:
  PRACTICE test questions are provided for review. 

• STUDY MATERIALS FOR THE NATIONAL EXAM: INCLUDED. Helpful resources are provided to save you time in studying for the National Exam. 

• GUIDANCE TO TAKE THE NATIONAL HOME INSPECTOR EXAM
  We work with you to sign up to the national home inspection exam.  We offer guidance for the PSI locations, cost and requirements.

• NATIONAL EXAM TEST PREP
  Test prep is provided as a group or individually.  EBPHI sample test questions are INCLUDED.

• GUEST SPEAKERS
  Guest Speakers meet with our class to  answer questions and provide guidance in Home Inspection contracts and Home Inspector insurance. We provide contacts to seamlessly transition you into becoming a New Jersey Home Inspector.

• FREE (6) SIX MONTHS MEMBERSHIP TO NJ NACHI
  Access resources and networking leads through the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
  

• AFTER THE COURSE
  Once you become a licensed NJ Home inpsector, you will continue to receive benefits from The Home Inspection School of NJ.  

1.  Request that the instructor attend your first inspection. 
2. Once you've booked your first inspection, our instructor can answer questions or provide support in writing that first report for a client. 
3. After the course, students are welcome to attend refresher classes at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
